Types of mixtures.
1-Solid-solid mixture :
- It consists of two or more different solid materials.
Vegetable salad - Fruit salad
2-Liquid -liquid mixture :
It consists of two or more different liquids.
Mixture of vinegar and water - mixture of oil and water.
3-Solid-liquid mixture :
It consists of solid and liquid matter.
Mixture of sand and water — Mixture of salt and water.
4-Gaseous-gaseous mixture: It consists of different gases.
Atmospheric air which is a mixture of oxygen gas, nitrogen gas, carbon dioxide gas and water vapour.
Gaseous-liquid mixture: It consists of gaseous and liquid matter.
As A mixture that is produced from dissolving carbon dioxide sugar solution
The properties of mixture are:
1. The components of the mixture do not react together and can be separated easily.
2. Each component in the mixture keeps its own properties.
3. The components of the mixture can be mixed at any ratio.

a. Homogeneous mixture: مخلوط متجانس
A type of mixtures in which, we cannot distinguish between its components. لا يمكن تمييز مكوناته

b. Heterogeneous mixture: غير متجانس
A type of mixtures in which, we can distinguish between its components. يمكن تمييز مكوناته
